3. Data Processing When Using the App

When using AngleUp, the following data may be processed:

• videos of movement sequences
• videos from the photo library
• analysis results of movement sequences
• movement and training data
• technically necessary device data for app functionality

The app requires access to:

• photo library

This access is granted only with your explicit consent through the iOS system permissions.

4. Type of Data Processing

The processing of videos and movement data generally takes place locally on your device. No transfer to external servers or sharing with third parties takes place unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No personal data is sold.

5. Payment Processing via Apple

The purchase and management of subscriptions are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store. Payment data such as payment information, billing details, or subscription management are processed by Apple. We do not have access to complete payment details.

Apple’s own privacy policies apply to data processing carried out by Apple.

6. Purpose of Data Processing

Data processing is carried out exclusively for the following purposes:

• providing the app’s functionality
• analyzing sports movement sequences
• visualizing training data
• improving the user experience
• ensuring the technical functionality and stability of the app

• lit. a – consent (e.g. access to the photo library)
• lit. b – performance of a contract (provision of app functionality)

8. Storage Duration

Personal data is processed or stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes.

Where data is processed exclusively locally on the device, control over deletion and storage remains with the user.

9. Sharing of Data

Personal data is generally not shared with third parties.

Exceptions apply only if:

The user PIN used to unlock the device provides an appropriate technical and organizational security measure to protect your data against loss, manipulation, unauthorized access, or any other unauthorized processing.

If the user removes this protection or shares the PIN with third parties, responsibility for data security lies with the user.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or reflects changes to the app.
